Built upon solid fuel technology, the Jihad Ballistic Missile with an operation range of 1000 kms, was debuted among other strike weapons at a military parade in Iran.

Among these, was the Khaibar Shikan (Castle Destroyer) missile, which was fired at terrorist targets in Syria this year.

Also making an appearance was the Khorramshahr missile, with an operational range of 2000 kms and carries a 1.8-ton warhead.

Also making its debut at Saturday’s parade was the Shahed-136B kamikaze drone. With a range of 4,000 kms and significant modifications to the Shahed-136 featuring a completely different wing configuration, and more bulbous fuselage, the drone can reach anywhere in the Middle East.

It is based on Iran’s mainstay piston engine-powered Shahed-136 drone.

Manufactured by the Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Industrial Company (HESA) and Shahed Aviation Industries, hundreds of base model Shahed-136s were used as a decoy keeping Israeli, US, French, British and Jordanian aircraft and air defenses guessing, while Iranian missiles penetrated past sophisticated air defences and missile shields to strike an aerodrome and intel base in Israel, in April.

The Shahed-136 drone weighs kgs and comes equipped with a 50 kg warhead, with an operational range of  2,500 km.

As Israeli bombardment of Lebanon continues, with several high profile commanders of its elite Radwan Special Forces assassinated, Yemen has also signalled that it is prepared for a long war of attrition with Israel, drawing upon an advanced military arsenal, missile power, unmanned drones, naval capabilities and a well-trained militia.

As Lebanon and Israel trade fire on the border, and the ruthless Israeli campaign against Gaza and Lebanon continues to escalate, the fears of an Israeli ground invasion of Lebanon and the conflict expanding far beyond the region continue to escalate.

Pakistan will be hard pressed to secure it's energy and food supply in the event of a catastrophic hit to global shipping lines in the Red Sea or Hormuz, and can expect more trouble in Kashmir, with an ever greater deployment of Indian Strike formations on the LOC and along its frontiers.

Pakistan will also be hard pressed to contain militias operating out of Baluchistan and KP; it's forces spread thin against the guerrilla tactics of terrorist militias operating within the country and across its borders.
